Job Description
We have a great opportunity for a Receptionist - North West to join our team based in Manchester - Plant Hill Clinic.
The salary on offer is £19,045.19 pro-rata.
This is a permanent, part-time position, working 22.5 hours.
The working pattern will be:
Wed, Thursday Friday
8.30pm - 4.30pm
We also offer; 27 days holiday not including bank holidays, access to group personal pension plan including SMART contributions into which the company will contribute up to 6% towards your savings, training and development opportunities and NHS discounts.
This role will provide administrative support to the team including information and data gathering and undertaking enquiries as and when necessary, and preparation of documents including presentations and correspondence. You will provide a professional standard of customer care and support to visitors and stakeholders.
To be considered for this role you will have:
- Educated to NVQ2 level equivalent knowledge or experience
- Basic IT skills to include Microsoft packages.
