Job Description
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Data Support Manager to join our team with a salary on offer up to £38,000.
The Data Support Manager (DSM) role is a critical role to promote a data-driven performance culture within NHS Property Services and ensure that the asset management data of the business is complete and accurate.
The DSM roles reside in the Lease Administration team of the Property Management function. Property Management is within the Asset Management directorate. The Property Management teams are aligned with NHSE and divided into 7 Regions (South East, South West, London, Midlands, East, North East & Yorkshire, and North West).
The DSMs will be responsible for:
- Maintaining complete and accurate asset management data records for all sites, buildings, head leases, sub-leases, and undocumented occupiers within the zone
- Working closely with Senior Property Managers (SPM) to identify data errors, data improvements, data upload requirements and undertake amendments for the sites and buildings that are managed by the SPMs.
- Influencing the property management team about the importance of having a data-driven culture.
- Responsible for the zonal interface with the Horizon, WDMS and other critical systems for the integrity of data. This may include ad hoc and structured training to Asset Management colleagues on these systems
