Lead the Conversation – Join Us as Head of Internal Communications!

Are you a strategic communicator with a passion for shaping organisational culture? We're searching for a dynamic individual to fill the role of Head of Internal Communications. If you're ready to inspire, engage, and connect our team through impactful communication strategies, this is your opportunity to lead from the front!

The starting salary for this role is from £80,000 per annum and we offer a £4,500 car allowance, plus eligibility for an annual bonus of up to 10%. The role is flexible and can be based anywhere in England and is a hybrid role reporting to the Director of Communications and Marketing. 

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement internal communication strategies that align with organisational goals.

- Lead a team to create compelling content, ensuring effective communication across all levels.

- Foster a culture of transparency and collaboration through strategic messaging.

- Drive colleague engagement initiatives and internal branding efforts.

- Implementing effective internal communications plans for a large complex organisation


Qualifications:

- Proven experience in a previous Head of internal communications role.

- Experience of developing internal digital channels

- Experience providing strategic advice to Board / Exec members, and presenting to them on a regular basis

- Change/transformation communications experience

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

- Strategic thinker with the ability to align communication efforts with business objectives.
