Job Description

We have a fantastic opportunity for a PMO Analyst to join our team based nationally with hybrid working on a 15 month FTC.

The Programme Management Office (PMO) Analyst, will Support the PMO Lead across key strategic programmes for NHSPS, delivering and managing Project and Programme Management best practice. The support role will include Governance, Risk and Issues management, Standardised Programme and Project reporting, Programme and Project Plan development and management, change control and budget management.

The PMO analyst will need to be experienced in working across a number of different stakeholder groups, at various levels of the business and should have an understanding of working in a PMO across change, transformation and technology programmes.


This role will require you to demonstrate the following Qualifications and Experience:

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent level of experience working in specialist area.
  • APM / Prince2 / Agile and or other Project Management accreditations.
  • Experience of managing Programme governance, coordinating Steer Co’s, manging and closing actions.
  • Detailed knowledge of Risks and Issues management at programme and project level.
  • Management of Programme and Project Plans.
  • Use of consistent reporting across Programmes and Projects.
