Job Description

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Project Change Management Analyst role to join our Finance team.

About the Role:

This is a role within the Finance team with flexible working. The individual will be responsible for supporting the programme and project teams to apply project change management good practices to include key tools and methods to aid the identification, design, and delivery of effective change management. ​​​​​​​​​​​​​

This role will suit an experienced change management analyst who is familiar with and applied CM good practice elements such as change risk diagnostics to assess change readiness and magnitude and will work closely with multiple project and programmes to support completion of stakeholder analysis, RACI matrices to include identification and articulation of resultant CM interventions as activities, milestones and/or supporting change management and communication plans. The role holder will help design and deliver familiarisation sessions to aid teams to undertake CM good practice and will play a fundamental part in improving our levels of CM maturity.


The successful candidate will:

  • Complete change magnitude and readiness assessment for pre-project investment case’s
  • Participate in preparing recommendations from change readiness across the portfolio.
  • Participate in the review and improvement of existing CM tools templates and frameworks.
  • Participate in knowledge share activity, promoting learning, and increasing CM maturity.
  • Facilitate the application of good CM practice to support change programmes and projects.
  • Support assignment and management of CM and project change communication resource
  • Interface with programmes and projects and business change activity.
  • Adopt and help shape good project change management practice.
  • Adopt Project Management Centre of Excellence project lifecycle and supporting toolkit.
