Scrum Master
NHS Property Services have a fantastic opportunity for a Scrum Master to join our Digital and Data team, to be based anywhere within the United Kingdom. The role attracts a salary of £65,000 per annum + 27 days holiday.
Please note that this role is a Fixed Term Contract for 12 months, but this may lead to Permanent for the right candidate.
The key focus of the role is to collaborate with operational teams to deliver serviceable products and apply continuous improvement to DevOps and engineering methodologies. The Scrum Master has an important role in driving improvements and best practice within technical pipelines and delivery plans.
Please note that we require a minimum of 5 years experience for this role.
Their remit includes:
- Lead and facilitate various Scrum meetings, stakeholder meetings, retrospective Sprint reviews and team stand ups within NHSPS
- Coach the scrum team on how to break products down to allow frequent testing and value release
- Lead the continuous improvement of agile practices, standards and processes by challenging existing methods and coaching the wider TS team
- Collaborate with Product owners and other internal stakeholders to align goals/objectives and ensure they are communicated and understood by the development teams

- DevOps processes, planning boards and features for all SDLC activities
- Leading and facilitating groups and teams to deliver to a high standard
- Understanding of different planning methodologies including Scrum & Kanban
- Ability to coach and lead teams through culture change driving best practice Agile ways of working
This role will require you to demonstrate the following Qualifications and Experience:
- Scrum master certified and/or related qualification
- Microsoft 365 application suite
- Agile Frameworks “Purist” and Hybrid
- DevOps project structure
- Pipelines and test plans
