Job Description
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Property Management Accountant to join our team based in the South with flexible working. The salary on offer is up to £55,000 with 6% matched pension and eligibility for our annual 10% bonus.
About the role:
The purpose of this role is to own the end-to-end property accounting processes, costs and income for a set of properties. This role shall ensure all processes, from Property Budgets to Annual reconciliation, are done on time and accurately and that all property costs and income are accurate and timely accounted for.
Its remit as an NHSPS leader extends beyond the functional role and is expected to fulfil a wider leadership role across the organisation, including:
- Communicating vision, strategy and setting the cultural tone of NHSPS by role-modelling and embedding values and behaviours
- Enabling collaboration across the business and removing barriers to action and delivery
- Building organisational resilience through spotting and developing talent within and beyond their own functions, attracting high calibre people to fill vacancies and retaining great people
- Leading and embedding change and other organisational initiatives
What you will bring to the role:
- Experience of delivering continuous improvement
- Complex stakeholder management
- Ample experience on Property management accountancy.
- Basic Property VAT knowledge
- Broad understanding of business operations and governance/legal frameworks
- Understanding of the NHS and NHS Long-term plan
- Commercial and financial acumen
- Good working knowledge of using Qube Horizon and Microsoft Dynamics NAV system.
- Broad understanding of modern people practices
