Job Description
We have a fantastic opportunity for an Learning & Development Advisor to join our team with a salary on offer is £33,000-£38,000 DOE for a 12 month maternity cover.
The Learning and Development Advisor has a key role to play in contributing to the learning and development strategy at NHSPS, supporting the Learning and Development Business Partners to work with the wider business to develop the competence and capabilities of our colleagues. The role will report to the Learning and Development Business Partner.
A key priority is to understand learning needs and priorities for each function, and put in place appropriate solutions through end to end L&D, including needs analysis, design and elements of delivery. The Advisor will:
- Plan and support learning and development activity to deliver to all NHSPS colleagues through a range of blended methodologies, including virtual training, online content and other blended solutions.
- Delivery of training solutions to all colleagues across NHSPS including our Best Welcome and Managing at NHSPS.
- Support wider team to design for all phases including LMS transition, launch of Totara Engage and development of performance management online as L&D expert.
- Support the design and delivery of internal sessions and programmes, as subject matter expert (SME) or with SMEs from other functions.
- Provide learning and development guidance and delivery support to internal customers from across the business.
- Support wider People Team activity as required including leadership, management and culture change activity.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced trainer with a background of delivering in a high volume, fast pace environment across a wide range of stakeholders.
