We have a great opportunity for a Catering Assistant to join our team based in St Lukes Hospital, Market Harborough.
This is a permanent part time position working an average of 25.08 hours per week.
The hours are based on a 6 week rota. Please see below
Week 1 - Monday 7.00-14.00 (6.5), Tuesday 12.00-19.00 (6.5), Saturday 10.00-19.00 (8.5), Sunday 7.00-14.00 (6.5)
Week 2 - Wednesday 12.00-19.00 (6.5), Thursday 7.00-14.00 (6.5) , Friday 10.00-19.00 (8.5)
Week 3 - Monday 10.00-19.00 (8.5), Tuesday 7.00-14.00 (6.5) Saturday 12.00-19.00 (6.5) Sunday 10.00-19.00 (8.5)
Week 4 - Wednesday 12.00-19.00 (6.5), Thursday 10.00-19.00 (8.5) Friday 7.00-14.00 (6.5)
Week 5 - Monday 12.00-19.00 (6.5), Tuesday 10.00-19.00 (8.5), Saturday 7.00-14.00 (6.5), Sunday 12.00-19.00 (6.5)

The salary on offer is £20,450.33 per annum. (Pro rata for part time hours).

The Catering Assistant is responsible for the provision of a food and beverage service in accordance with health and safety requirements, Patient Led Assessments of the Care Environment (PLACE) and NHS Property Services policies and procedures.
Duties include, but are not limited to, food preparation, cooking, serving and presentation, cleaning of crockery, cutlery and equipment, rotation of stock, maintenance of food hygiene regulations and cash handling.
No formal qualification is required as full training will be given
