We have a great opportunity for a Catering Team Leader to join our team based in ​​​​​​​Houghton Primary Care Centre Brinkburn Crescent, Houghton le Spring DH4 5HB (with travel to Blaydon Primary Care Centre Shibdon Road, Blaydon on Tyne NE21 5NW)

Working Hours - 37.5  Monday to Friday 8am – 4pm  

The salary on offer is £22,548.76 per annum.​​​​​​​

    This role is responsible for the provision of a food and beverage service with supervisory responsibility, in accordance with health, safety and food hygiene requirements, Patient Led Assessments of the Care Environment (PLACE) and NHS Property Services policies and procedures, at the prescribed times, through the provision of supervision and support to the catering team. 

    To be considered for this role you will have:

    • Advanced food hygiene certificate
    • Health and Safety qualification.
    • Advanced food hygiene processes; City & Guilds; NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
    • Working knowledge of Health and Safety requirements.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
