We have a fantastic opportunity for a E-Invoicing Assistant to join our team on a 6 month FTC. The role is based nationally with flexible working. The salary on offer is up to £24,000
About the role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate to support our Accounts Payable function with an invoice processing backlog for a 6 month fixed term period. As part of this team, you will be responsible for the processing of items (credit notes and invoices) within the Tradeshift platform – accurately dispatching documents from Tradeshift to Microsoft Navision and recording documents that fall into exception status due to mismatches.
The role will also require ad hoc supplier statement reconciliations, stakeholder engagement and reporting on progress made on backlog clearance.

What you will bring to the role:
- Intermediate knowledge of key MS Office applications – Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Precious experience using E-invoicing systems
- Experience in a front-line Accounts Payable Service Desk role, communicating directly with Suppliers and employees
- Excellent written and communication skills
