We have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Data & Intelligence Analyst - D&D & People to join our team based nationally with flexible working. The salary on offer is up to £60,000, with up to 6% matched pension and eligibility to our annual 10% bonus.
About the role:
The Senior Data & Intelligence Analyst role works within the Data and Intelligence partnering team translating requirements into high quality business intelligence solutions.
They look for opportunities to leverage data and BI tools to create insightful and impactful reporting which will improve the way in which the business functions operate. They will working with the Data & Digital and People functions in supporting and coaching colleagues in getting value out of data. In addition, this role will also undertake in-depth explorative data analyses to identify interesting trends and actionable insights which can help the business make data driven decisions and drive operational performance.
What you will bring to the role:
- Proven experience within business intelligence and/or a reporting role
- Working with and delivering analyses to senior stakeholders.
- Expert in Power BI and related components
- Some knowledge of T-SQL
- Power Query and Power Pivot
- Broad understanding of business operations and governance/legal frameworks
- Experience with Azure environment
