Job Description

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Application Support Analyst to join our team based on a flexible basis. The salary on offer is from £45,000 - £50,000.

In this role you will be responsible for supporting the various applications, services, and technologies across the NHS PS Business. This will include general 3rd line application support, but with a particular focus on Azure Integration Layer support and the data flow between our various NHS PS systems.

You will be required to identify, log, and resolve application and system problems, service requests, business queries or related incidents that are disrupting our business while adhering to our SLA’s. Collaboration with various 3rd Party Vendors, business stakeholders, developers, and other in-house Technology Services Teams will be vital to the success in this role.

This role will require you to demonstrate the following Qualifications and Experience:
