Job Description
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Communications Business Partner to join our team. The salary on offer is from £54,000-£62,000 with a £3,000 car allowance and up to a 10% performance-based bonus.
This is a very exciting role which is pivotal in maintaining effective internal communication across multiple business streams. This role will directly support our SLT as their strategic tactical partner, being the direct link between them and our wider communications team. Working alongside the Senior Colleague Communications Manager you will act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders across the business to lead, develop, implement and support a variety of internal communications projects, ensuring these engage and enable colleagues.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Internal communications professional with a proven background of shaping and driving colleague communications. You will also be able to balance delivery across multiple projects and priorities, aligning activities to business goals.
