We have a fantastic opportunity for a Colleague Support Analyst to join our team based in nationally with flexible home working on a 12 month FTC. The salary on offer is from up to £33,000 with up to 6% matched pension.

About the role:

The Colleague Support Analyst will provide first and second line technical support to NHS Property Services staff, working closely with colleagues to ensure the appropriate and efficient delivery of business systems and services.  Liaison with multiple suppliers and third parties will be fundamental to the role, sometimes dealing with difficult, sensitive or conflicting operational issues. Key technical skills are an in depth knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft suite of products, group policy management, IP networks, thin clients and excellent problem solving and analytical skills.  The successful candidate must also be an excellent communicator and possess the ability to communicate complex technical issues to a varied audience at an appropriate level.

  • Desktop Support
  • Operation of an asset management process
  •  ITIL Qualifications
  • Knowledge in Microsoft products​​​​​, Networking, Cloud based services, SCCM/InTune, Citix Apps and Desktop
