Job Description

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Programme Manager - Delivery to join our team based in nationally with flexible working. This is a 24 month FTC. The salary on offer is up to £90,000 with eligibility to our annual 10% bonus and up to 6% matched pension.

About the role:

The programme manager role sits in the Digital Enablement business unit within the CIO function and the role will be responsible for defining and delivering our CAFM & Property product strategy.

As a programme manager you will work cross-functionally in collaboration with colleagues from Digital & Data, Delivery, Finance and People teams to ensure the programme delivers a fit for purpose, scalable and sustainable solution that supports the current and future NHSPS service offering opportunities aligned to the NHS Property Services technology roadmap.

Through this programme you will be responsible for preparing market research, option analysis and recommendations forward for approval, before taking this forward to award and implementation.

What you will bring to the role:

Knowledge and experience in:

  • CAFM & Property management systems.
  • CAFM product design and implementation.
  • Data governance, transformation & migration.
  • Project methodologies; Waterfall and Agile.
  • Working within Microsoft DevOps.​​​​​​

As well as having:

  • Strong leadership and influencing skills.
  • Ability to prioritise workload and manage expectations under pressure. 
  • Ability to remain objective and focussed on customer and patient outcomes.
