Job Description
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Software Developer to join our national team for a 12 month contract, with a salary on offer of £55,000-£65,000 DOE.
The focus of this role is to work within an Agile development team to deliver applications and services to improve internal and customer-facing solutions. Predominantly using the Microsoft stack technologies on Azure. Other facets of the role will involve validating the solution against the requirements and technical design. Development, deployment, testing and documentation. The developer will require good communication and organisational skills with a high attention to detail. Key to the role is an expert understanding of Microsoft .NET (C#), Micro-services, Web APIs, frontend web application frameworks (Angular) and CI/CD (Azure DevOps)
As a software developer in NHSPS you will:
• Development of .NET (C#) Applications, APIs, Libraries and Services
• Development of front-end web applications (i.e. Angular, React etc.)
• Develop and maintain SQL and NOSQL databases
• Working within an Agile delivery team
• Ensure work is fully documented and referenced in line with agreed processes and formats.
• Communicate design and implementations clearly.
