Job Description
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Open Space Business Development Manager to join our team based nationally with flexible working. The salary on offer is up to £70,000 + £3000 car allowance with eligibility to our annual 10% bonus and up to 6% matched pension.
Working in the Open Space Business Development function, you will be jointly responsible for attracting new business to NHS Open Space in order to meet new business KPIs. This will be achieved through nurturing existing user relationships to understand their requirements and increase usage, as well as targeting and attracting new customers through proactive business development. Furthermore, we are exploring the expansion of NHS Open Space to non-NHSPS properties. This role will assist in the development of a pipeline of interested landlords to adopt Open Space for their own space usage requirements.
To help succeed in this role, it is desirable to have the following experience and skills:
- Proven experience within a business development role, designing and executing successful change programs in a similar role
- Experience in implementing business development on a national level
- Demonstrable experience in business change management activities for audiences ranging from senior to administrator level
- Approaches to delivery of development in the context of business transformation, new business services and process and operational change implementations
