Job Description

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Azure /IOT Platform Developer to join our team based nationally with flexible working on a 24 month FTC. The salary on offer is starting from £70,000 with 27 day annual leave and up to 6% matched pension. 

The successful candidate will work with the architecture team to deliver a documented design outlining the architectural pattern, designs for a new IoT (Internet of Things) program including considerations for best practice and the implementation of the platform by a team of engineers (e.g., based on the patterns that are achievable on the Microsoft Azure platform rather than a visionary idea without a practical application).

High level lifecycle phases include Initiation, Planning, Delivery and Close Out and standard associated project deliverables are aligned to these phases including business requirements, technical requirements, solution design and testing.

Key requirements:

· Design and deliver Azure IoT solutions.

· Use of agile methodologies and application lifecycle management techniques.

· Building innovative solutions driving delivering them business value.

· Inspire Technology Services and business stakeholders, helping them understand the art of the possible within the IoT space.
