We proudly manage a diverse portfolio of 2,700 properties across England, catering to the needs of 6,300 customers. This extensive portfolio represents approximately 10% of the total NHS estate. Our properties range from historic listed buildings to state-of-the-art integrated care centres, encompassing hospitals, GP practices, and administrative offices.
We have a fantastic opportunity for an Internal Communications Executive to join our team on a nationwide basis. This position is offered as a 9-month Fixed Term Contract, with a starting salary from £35,000 pro rata.
The successful candidate will be required to attend monthly meetings and make site visits as necessary.
About the role:
As an Internal Communications Executive, you will support the communications team to produce internal communications materials and provide coordination and support for the Internal Communications Lead for Projects and Transformation. You will be part of the communications partnering team working to produce high quality communications materials which engage and enable all NHSPS colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with the Internal Communications Lead for Projects & Transformation to support the development and roll out of colleague communications activities, providing strong administrative and coordination support
- Produce high quality internal communications materials including writing and editing content for the intranet, internal social channels, publications, newsletters, awards, toolkits, presentations/webinars and more as required
- Support colleagues in project teams with communications requirements and build effective working relationships
- Be an active contributor to the wider marketing and communications function, including contributing to the forward view
What you will bring to the role:
- Experience of writing or producing content essential
- Experience of providing administrative support and/or customer service
