Job Description

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Corporate Social Responsibility Coordinator to join our team based in London. The salary on offer is from £30,000 - £35,000.

The Corporate Social Responsibility Coordinator will support the delivery of key projects across the CSR agenda. The role will help with the management of our volunteering and fundraising programmes, as well as supporting on internal engagement and communications.

One of the main responsibilities for this role is to coordinate our charity partnerships including with our national charity, Young Lives vs Cancer. This would involve supporting colleagues with fundraising events, liaising with charities, and being responsible for the day to day running of the partnership.  You will support the Community Manager to log and report colleague volunteering, collate feedback following volunteering events, and use and analyse this data to suggest improvements to the volunteering programme, as well as support the CSR Manager to deliver the accessibility programme, including working with Finance teams to generate project codes and track spend, and working with our partner AccessAble to create accessibility guides.

You will gather content for the monthly CSR newsletter using stories and updates collected from colleagues, both to celebrate colleagues’ achievements and to inform them about our work and opportunities; manage the CSR inbox, replying to queries about our programme, offering appropriate opportunities or forwarding to the relevant team to follow up; and collate data and feedback from a range of CSR programmes, including social prescribing, to help us measure and report on impact.

To succeed in this role, candidates must have the ability to build develop strong working relationships with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders, as well as excellent written and oral communication skills. Strong administrative & organisational skills are crucial. You must have demonstrable experience of having written content for different channels (such as newsletters, social media platforms, and blogs) and of responding to queries.

Volunteering or fundraising experience either in a personal or professional capacity will be beneficial, and being passionate and committed to supporting communities, sustainability, and societal change is a must.
