Job Description

We have a fantastic opportunity for an Application Support Analyst to join our team based nationally with hybrid working. The salary on offer starts at £40,000

In this role you will be responsible for supporting the various applications, services, and technologies across the NHS PS Business. This will include technical 3rd line application support, but with a particular focus on Microsoft 365 Application stack, PowerApps and Power Automate but not limited to.

You will be required to identify, log, and resolve application and system problems, service requests, business queries or related incidents that are disrupting our business while adhering to our SLA’s. Collaboration with various 3rd Party Vendors, business stakeholders, developers, and other in-house Technology Services Teams will be vital to the success in this role.


This role will require you to demonstrate the following Qualifications and Experience:

  • Industry Recognised Computing qualifications
  • ITIL v3/v4 Foundation
  • Azure Certification
  • Microsoft Office 365 Certification
  • Demonstrable experience in either the growth or implementation of a similar role
  • Previous experience working in at least Application Support L3 role and/or Office 365 Specialist / Support (4+ years)
  • Extensive and broad technical experience supporting multiple Office 365 applications across multiple large/international companies
  • MS Power Platform, Office 365 application stack, Azure Platform, PowerShell, SQL Server Administration, SharePoint Online, Teams, Windows Server
  • Understanding of hardware, software, and cloud principles
