Job Description

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Site Support Lead to join our team based in London with flexible working. The salary on offer is up to £60,000.

Reporting to the Service Operations Manager, this role will be responsible for the health and ensure the warranty that all managed properties have technology in a healthy supported status. The successful candidate will also be responsible for all new site deployments, site relocations and site decommission activities across all NHSPS owned and managed properties nationwide.

The role is broad in scope and requires levels of experience in a number of areas; balancing traditional project management disciplines, and technical aspects such as cloud connectivity and networking, user end point device builds and deployments, and AV equipment

  • Industry Recognised Computing qualifications  
  • ITIL v3/v4 Foundation
  • Agile or waterfall project management certifications (Prince2 or equivalent)
  • ITIL Service Management Framework
  • Cloud Networking · Microsoft Intune/SCCM
  • Meraki switches and access points
  •  Site cabling (structured and non structured
