Job Description

We have a great opportunity for a Performance Manager to come and join out team based in Manchester with flexible working. The salary on offer starts at £38,000.

The role is responsible for creating visibility and understanding of the Technology Services Performance story.

The role will report on this performance in a set review cycle to the TS leadership team. The role will work closely with the leadership team to ensure the value and quality of performance is understood across the directorate and will implement methods that demonstrate the benefits.

The role is also responsible for managing the content and material for key meetings including TS Townhalls, TS SteerCos and ExCo Board Papers.

The individual will be required to take ownership of the overall TS comms & engagement plan, driving it forward across multiple themes and channels in conjunction with the Communication team.

  • Degree in analytical subject or equivalent level of experience of working at required level in specialist area
  • Min. 3 years’ experience working in a Performance Management role
  • Working knowledge of Power BI or equivalent technology
  • Strong knowledge and experience of the technology end-to-end lifecycle
  • Senior, client-facing professional
  • Experience of presenting data and insights
  • Experience of successfully implementing Performance Management
  • Experience of managing comms ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
