Job Description

We have a fantastic opportunity for an M&E Estimator to join our team based in anywhere in England as this is a National role. The salary on offer is from £43,000 - £48,000 with a £3,000 Car Allowance and up to 10% Bonus.

Working at a national level, this role is responsible for ensuring a robust and consistent approach to conducting labour load exercises for Hard FM services, aligned to the NHSPS Maintenance Framework and supporting the development of efficient and effective operating models and solutions which meet the needs of our customers and demonstrates value for money for the customer and wider NHS system, ensuring that our property portfolio is safe and compliant.

Collaboration with other business functions and stakeholders will be key to the success of this role and therefore the role holder must have the ability to build trusting relationships and communicate effectively at all levels.

Main purpose / scope of the role

           •   Labour load Hard FM services in accordance with NHSPS Maintenance Framework and influence the best practice around resource modelling.

           •   Responsible for the on-going review of the commercial model for the existing portfolio in relation to Hard FM delivery.

           •   Responsible for the pricing schedule for new business for Hard FM Services, working closely with the relevant business functions.

           •   Responsible for standardising the pricing model and ensuring it is implemented consistently across the business.

           •   Ensure the labour loading and cost model for Hard FM proposal provides the best value for the customers and to the business.

           •   Preparing the labour loading and cost components of Hard FM proposals, including understanding of the scope, planning and personnel in partnership with the required business functions.

           •   Influence and align to best practices across other labour loading/pricing models for other FM services.
