Job Description
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Soft FM Specialist - Cleaning to join our team based nationally with flexible working. The salary is starting from £55,000 with £3500 car allowance with eligibility for our annual 10% bonus.
About the role:
The primary purpose of the Soft FM Specialist role is to provide specialist knowledge and support to the delivery teams within the four operating regions within the Delivery function. They will also be required to provide support and expertise to stakeholders in other business functions too.
As the subject matter expert for Cleaning services, the role is responsible for the development, standardisation and continuous improvement of the service for NHSPS nationally, ensuring that service delivery to customers is optimised and demonstrates value for money. The role holder will design and implement effective governance processes to ensure that required performance standards are delivered nationally.
What you will bring to the role:
- Knowledge of existing NHS/Industry standards, legislation and regulations pertaining to Cleaning services
- Excellent understanding operational delivery of Soft FM services
- A thorough understanding of Health and Safety in the FM Services environment
- Experience of leading in a complex environment
- Experience and breadth in more than one sector
- Experience of leading managers and wider teams
