Job Description

This Marketing Manager role offers a unique opportunity to shape and deliver value in one of the most innovative areas of the NHS. What you will do

In this multi-faceted role, you’ll support and deliver several key strategic programmes – from helping to drive usage of our properties across England, to helping to support the recruitment of new property landlords onto the platform - all with the aim of driving awareness and engagement with our vast array of customers. You will also:

  • Work closely with the Business Development and Property Portfolio teams, to ensure that everything that we do drives real value.

  • Work with the Marketing Programme Lead and other senior members of the OS team to devise and deliver the annual OS Marketing campaign strategy.

  • Manage and control the OS Marketing budgets.

  • Work closely with the Business Development team to deliver lead generation campaigns that deliver the right results.

  • Work closely with the Property Portfolio team to deliver customer marketing campaigns that encourage platform usage.

  • Be hands on to create and develop relevant marketing materials, case-studies and video with support from the wider Marketing team.

Who you are

Good business acumen and pragmatic thinking are a must in this role that would suit a Marketer looking to challenge themselves and help drive impact within the NHS. Thriving within a fast-paced environment, you’ll relish the opportunity to put strategic thinking into action and work across a mix of channels and platforms, using data to inform your decision making. You will also:

  • Have experience of designing and delivering integrated campaigns that deliver measurable outcomes.

  • 5+ years of marketing and or sales experience working in a matrix environment at a strategic, decision maker level.

  • Experience providing strategic advice and influencing senior colleagues.

  • Experience of setting targets, managing budgets and meeting revenue goals.

  • Experience in implementing effective marketing campaigns for a complex organisation.

  • Experience working across corporate communications for private organisations, preferably a start-up.

  • Experience working in a fast paced, high priority, multi-faceted organisation.

  • Experience collaborating with sales teams.
