NHS Property Services enables excellent patient care by acting as a trusted advisor to the NHS and providing the best estate solutions.
We have 6,000 colleagues based in almost 3,000 locations across England, delivering facilities management and property advice for the NHS to enable excellent patient care.
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Project Manager to join our team and help steer a meaningful and impactful channels project to success alongside a project lead and a host of knowledgeable and collaborative specialists here at NHSPS. This will be a 12 month Fixed Term Contract.
The project should have a tangible impact on our culture and how we achieve success, strategically ensuring our channels combine to give people both a great experience working at NHSPS, and the information they need to do their jobs.
What you will do
Support the project lead to review and refine our scope, objectives and outcomes, managing related activities and deliverables.
Build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders using a personable, collaborative and organised approach.
Creation and management of a project timeline alongside the project lead
Effective stakeholder management to drive engagement and buy-in
Organisation of workshops and meetings across all levels of the organisation, and across different locations
Delivery of all required project reporting in line with the PMCoE requirements
Who you are
Strong project management experience and ideally some understanding of digital communications platforms and engagement principles.
You will have an ability to direct projects and meet deadlines using planning, organising and relationship-building skills, as well as people skills and a positive, test-and-learn outlook.
You will be proactive, commercially aware and look to bring others with you on the journey; simplifying information and processes to make the project feel as clear, accessible and beneficial as possible.
Where you’ll be
We have a hybrid model, and you can choose to work remotely, or come to our offices! You decide on how to manage your time effectively. There will be travel involved with this
specific role.
