Job Description
NHS Open Space (OS) puts NHS buildings to better use, opening them up to a range of health and wellbeing services (and beyond) to maximise usage and offer communities a full range of services from their local health hubs.
NHS Open Space unlocks value with a bespoke estate management solution, specifically designed and developed by the NHS to support the full spectrum of the healthcare sector.
This role is focussed on supporting the expansion of the OS offering by developing existing business and growing our property utilisation (B2C) and increasing new business opportunities by sourcing other NHS landlords (B2B) host there properties onto the Open Space Platform.
What you will do
Identify new customers and conduct proactive business development activities to capture and convert interest
Understanding requirements, building relationships, converting to active users
Act as main point of contact for customer throughout sales and onboarding process and providing customer account management where applicable
Upsell additional value-add services and project manage delivery, ensuring all services are delivered on-time and to the agreed standard
Who you are
Experience in a ‘start-up’ style environment/matrix organization
Extensive experience building relationships; identifying and developing existing and new business
Ability to self-start and structure your time
Where you’ll be
We have a hybrid model, and you can choose to work remotely, or come to our offices! You decide on how to manage your time effectively. There will be travel involved with this
specific role.
