Job Description

We have a fantastic opportunity for a 12 months FTC part time Car Parking Coordinator join our team based Southampton  -  Royal South Hants Hospital - Main Site.

  • Hours of Work 32.5 hours per week
  • Monday – Friday - 9am-15.30pm
  • Pay £21,769.40 pro-rata

About the role:

The post holder will work with the Facilities Management Team to ensure that parking within the hospital grounds runs smoothly & efficiently for both patients and staff in accordance with policy & procedures.

To be considered for this role you will have:

  • Create new permit numbers/Amend information regarding staff permits using the ‘Permit holders Database’
  • Processing new permit applications and allocating car parks
  • Add and amend information to the Trusts Spread Sheets and White List
  • Empty POF machines, count money and prepare for G4S to collect fortnightly
  • Complete ‘Cash Income Record’ and ‘Local Banking Sheet’
  • Process backing sheets for the quarterly invoicing
  • Liaising with Trusts Parking Coordinators
  • Liaising with Estates/Contractors relating to works in the car parks and the site in general, liaising with car park provider.
