Job Description
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Service Design & Transition Manager to join our team based nationally with flexible working. The salary on offer is from £55,200 up to £65,167 per annum, eligibility for our annual 10% bonus.
About the role:
The purpose of this role is to ensure the smooth transition of new or modified services into the live
environment, while minimizing disruption to business operations.
A key focus for the Service Design & Transition Manager is to collaborate across the business to
embed the service management culture within the Change Lifecyle balancing both their
requirements with the needs of the service
What you will bring to the role:
- Experience in an IT transition manager role
or similar.
Experience working within ITIL processes
and frameworks.
IT operational experience
ITIL v4
(Desirable) Project Management or DevOps Methodologies i.e. Prince2, PMP, Scrum, Agile, Waterfall
IT development & configuration lifecycle
Service architecture and design
