Job Description
We are currently recruiting for a PFI Contract Manager based in and around Birmingham, Midlands.
The role is a permanent, full-time role, working 37.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm, hybrid between working from home, the office and the customer sites. With a salary starting from £35,000, with a £3,000 car allowance and 27 days annual leave.
You will be responsible for the co-ordination and management of in-house/outsourced services in a facilities service provision across a portfolio of bluelight properties. This includes hard and soft services, whilst ensuring that PFI targets and process are adhered to.
About the role:
Day to day operations and management of project agreement in liaison with the project company and tenants.
What you will bring to the role:
- Previous experience within a PFI role
- Previous experience within Facilities Management
- Strong stakeholder manager skills
- Contract management experience
