We have a fantastic opportunity for a Change analyst to join our national team. The salary on offer is up to £45,000 + 10% bonus and 6% matched pension.
About the role:
The change analyst role will support NHSPS in the areas of Change management, Programme / Project change support, Embedding change. The successful candidate will have visibility to all change demand requests and complete initial change impact assessments to establish impact on business, customers, and colleagues to understand the change resource capacity / capability needs, and change saturation to inform prioritisation and plans for
change programmes / projects as part of the demand management process for change management
This is a great opportunity for an experienced change analyst to step in to a large, national organisation and have a direct impact on patient care.
What you will bring to the role:
Complete change magnitude and readiness assessment for pre project investment case’s
Participate in preparing recommendations from change readiness across their project
Participate in the review and improvement to existing CM (Change Management) tools templates and frameworks
Participate in knowledge share activity, promoting learning, and increasing CM maturity
Facilitate application of good CM practice to support change programmes and projects
Support assignment and management of CM and project change communication resource
