Job Description

We have an amazing opportunity for  to join our national team with a salary up to £70,000 per annum + 10% bonus + £3,500 car allowance. 

NHS Open Space (Book Clinical, Therapy and Workspaces | NHS Open Space) was launched in April 2019 and provides a complete space management solution for NHS and Health and Wellbeing providers.  It enables landlords with clear utilisation and financial data to understand their estates, while also offering ongoing space management solutions such as room and desk booking and the opportunity to monetise under-utilised space.  It is currently operating from over 200 properties and 1,200 rooms.  Since launch, Open Space has enabled over 3.5 million hours of healthcare provision to local communities. 

About the role: 

This role is responsible for the business development activities for NHS Open Space Identifying new opportunities to expand the Open Space offering to more customers across the NHS. You will ensure KPI and revenue targets are met in relation to new landlords signing up to product services. 

What you will bring to the role:

  • Demonstrable experience of achieving and exceeding key metrics, including financial targets. 

  • Experience of CRM systems (Dynamics desired but not essential)

  • Significant experience in a sales/business development environment, offering business solutions to customers

  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple activities 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and able to communicate with people at all levels 

  • Degree level qualification or relevant experience

  • Healthcare background desired but not essential
