Job Description

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Leasing Manager to join our team based nationally with flexible working. The salary on offer is up £70,000 - £75,000 depending upon experience, with a car allowance and with eligibility for our annual 10% bonus.  

This is a hybrid role with a mixture of home working and site visits to the regional hubs within your allocated patch.

About the role: 

The role acts as support to the ORP (Occupier Regularisation programme) programme lead and to all regional teams engaged in occupancy regularisation and management of undocumented occupancies. Providing consistent guidance and support to this activity, enabling delivery of the programme of ORP, trouble shooting and advising in relation to challenging customer discussions.

  • High profile across Delivery function and point of contact for advice and escalation of SME queries in relation to occupancy regularisation
  • Tracks and supports performance across the portfolio in relation to the Occupancy Regularisation programme 
  • Coordinates regional occupancy regularisation activity and acts as centre of expertise and trouble shooter 
  • Oversee validation of vacant and sessional space and vacant space re-letting programme
  • Understands occupancies across portfolio where there is under-recovery of costs and drives to reduce shortfalls

What you will bring to the role:

  • Sound knowledge of LL&T matters
  • Ability to coordinate activity across a remote team and coach inexperienced personnel
  • Ability to support a complex, multi-faceted programme
  • Understanding of approach to managing and regularising undocumented occupancies within the portfolio.
  • Knowledge of marketing and letting of vacant space
  • Experience of leading in a complex environment and working with cross functional teams
  • Experience and breadth in more than one sector – working to develop and implement property strategy
