Job Description

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Supplier Mobilisation Manager to join our team on a 12 months fixed term contract, based nationally with flexible working. 

The salary on offer is up £38,000 - £45,000 depending upon, with a £3,000 car allowance. This is a hybrid role, and the majority of your time will be spent working from home/remotely.

About the role: 

Leading on the Supplier mobilisation / demobilisation of Hard and Soft FM services within strict deadlines, you will provide support to all areas of FM Operations to deliver change projects. You will implement effective ways of working to ensure mobilisation/demobilisation activities are delivered professionally and efficiently and undertake post mobilisation reviews to align any new business with NHS PS TOMs (Target Operating Model).

What you will bring to the role:

  • Supplier Mobilisation experience ideally within FM Services
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management
  • Project management experience
  • Undertaking service audits and implementing action plans
  • Collating data to develop cost models
