Job Description
We have a fantastic opportunity for an Estates Coordinator to join our team based in Skegness Hospital. The starting salary on offer would be from £30,000 per annum with a £3000 car allowance. This is a hybrid role, which will involve working at different sites three days a week such as Skegness to Crowland & Long Sutton.The working hours will be flexible between 08:00am until 18:00pm Monday to Friday.
For this role, we are looking for a candidate with broad FM and Hard FM experience. Please note interviews will be held on 11th January, face to face at Skegness Hospital.
About the role:
Supporting the Senior Estates Manager, the purpose of this role is to ensure that local site services meet the needs of colleagues, patients, and visitors within NHS Property Services premises in accordance with policies and procedures, legislation, and statutory requirements. The Estates Coordinator will be responsible for the co-ordination of in-house/outsourced services in a facilities service provision across a portfolio of properties.
What you will bring to the role:
- Broad FM and Property experience
- Knowledge of FM building compliance, Healthcare cleanliness standards
- Ability to work as part of a team but also capable of working independently within appropriate Delivery guidelines.
- Demonstrable experience in dealing with Customers, Partners and the public and dealing with sensitive and confidential information.
- Data-driven decision making
- Knowledge of achieving service delivery KPIs and associated targets
