Job Description
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Head of Customer Solutions to join our new Customer team with a salary of £80,000 - £90,000 with eligibility for our annual 10% bonus.
About the role:
The Head of Customer Solutions is a senior leadership role which is responsible for creating innovative and value-driven solutions, managing the pipeline of new business opportunities for NHSPS and ensuring the team present innovative, value driven solutions that unlock maximum value for the NHS. This role will work closely with our relationship management, regional delivery and specialist advisory teams as well as support functions to co-design proposals and solutions with, and for, our customers.
What you will bring to the role:
1. Manage pipeline of new business opportunities and collaborate with colleagues across the business to meet demand and manage customer expectations
2. Secure our position on relevant procurement frameworks to ensure we are positioned for new opportunities with NHS customers
3. Deliver high quality, compelling proposals that unlock value for the NHS and make NHS PS first choice for its customers
4. Be the custodian of our Value proposition and service offer; ensuring aligned to strategy and customer needs and informed by market analysis
