Job Description

We have a fantastic opportunity for an Executive Assistant to join our finance team, supporting our Chief Financial Officer. The salary on offer is from £43,000 - £49,000 dependant on experience + 6% matched pension.

About the role: 

The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive and effective, high level and proactive executive support to the Chief Financial Officer working with a range of internal and external stakeholders.  

As well as being a highly effective Executive Assistant, the successful candidate will be expected to oversee contact, communications and correspondence on behalf of the Chief Financial Officer and have extensive relevant experience and highly developed communication skills.  You will be able to work with minimum supervision, prioritising tasks independently, and develop excellent working relationships with a wide range of very senior and high-profile individuals, partners and organisations.

What you will bring to the role:

  • Experience of working for an Executive Director of a large organization
  • Experience in operating in a busy, customer focused business.
  • Experience in managing multiple diaries and senior stakeholders
  • Proficient in Microsoft office applications including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
