Job Description
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Digital Project Manager to join our team based nationally with flexible working. The salary on offer is up to £90,000 with eligibility for our annual 10% bonus on a fixed term contract for 24 months.
About the role:
An exciting opportunity to join the Digital Strategy Programme and be part of shaping the future solution strategy to support the Delivery, Finance and People business functions. This programme will focus on combining people, process, data and technology to create an overarching operating model for each of our core business solutions. This role will lead the Delivery workstream of the wider programme, focusing on the solutions which underpin service delivery to our customers, including Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) and Property Management.
Initial focus will be leading the discovery stage for the Delivery workstream to produce an aspirational to-be operating model to meet the organisation’s long-term strategic objectives. Procurement activity will then be undertaken to source the best-fit technology solution to underpin our future ways of working. Focus will then move into implementation of the selected solution.
Standard Project Management capabilities are key to this role, including team management, project plan management, risk & issue management, budget management, pro-active and retrospective reporting and alignment to our PMCOE function. The role will report to the Digital Strategy Programme Manager and is a business-facing role, where the individual must be comfortable dealing with senior business stakeholders, SMEs and end-users.
What you will bring to the role:
- Previous experience of CAFM and/or Property Management system implementation
- Experience of leading in a complex environment
- Experience and breadth in more than one sector
- Experience of leading managers and wider teams
- Experience of delivering change
- Track record of success in professional area
- Demonstrable evidence of delivering complex projects with large budgets or delivery of Product pipelines
- Engagement with stakeholders at all levels with the ability to apply context to conversation based on their role and level
- Identification of risk and the ability to mitigate and manage impact
- Facilitation of workshops and working groups to drive outcome-based requirements supporting teams to identify and deliver value-add Products and services
- Healthcare and/or Property management industry experience
- Delivery frameworks including Scrum, Waterfall and Kanban
- Application and/or software development lifecycles
- Professional/technical know how
- Commercial and financial acumen
