Job Description
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Transaction Manager to join our team based nationally with flexible working. The salary on offer is £70,000 - £80,000 depending on experience + up to 10% performance based bonus & £3,500 car allowance. The ideal candidate will be based in either Manchester or London but this is not essential. National travel will be required.
About the role:
The successful candidate will support our Transaction Management Partners and the Director of Investment and Development Management in managing the Company’s acquisition and surplus disposal programme. The role entails acting as a programme manager and informed client ensuring the professional management of disposals and acquisitions and effective budget management.
The purpose of this role is to protect, create and enhance value to the health system through property transactional advice and management on NHSPS’ portfolio and to health partners within the NHS.
An important aspect of the teams’ role is to provide strategic advice and transactions support to other parts of the business and our customers, which is expected to be a significant growth area for our business in the short to medium term.
What you will bring to the role:
- MRICS surveyor with significant Acquisition + Disposals experience.
- Experience of leasing and letting, property management and/or property strategy
- Collaborating with other professional disciplines
- Leading and managing external consultancies and contract management.
