Job Description
We have a fantastic opportunity for a change analyst to join our team based nationally with flexible working. The salary on offer is up to £45,000 with eligibility for our annual 10% bonus.
About the role:
The purpose of this role is to partner with the business to deliver organisation change by supporting the co-ordination of transformation programmes and projects. Change Analysts work collaboratively with Project Portfolio Change Manager, PMCOE colleagues, Change Managers, Delivery Managers and other key stakeholders to analyse business readiness, change impact and support clear planning and delivery of change management activity.
Another important aspect of the role is to create impactful and original communication and change management materials using innovative channels to deliver key messages. They also play a pivotal role in enabling leaders to share the bigger picture with colleagues through compelling narrative.
