Job Description
We have a fantastic opportunity for a customer information analyst to join our team based nationally with flexible working. The salary on offer is up to 45,000 pro rata based on a 5 month fixed term contract.
About the role:
As an experienced market research analyst you will research market and customer trends to help support NHSPS’s aim to put the customer at the heart of everything we do. You will work with and support the Customer, Marketing and Responsible Business teams to inform our business planning and objectives by providing data-driven insights which improve our understanding of the market and public procurement frameworks so helping us shape our services and quality management approach to best meet our customers’ needs. You will be able to interpret large quantities of data from across competitors, customers, procurement routes gained from a variety of sources and communicate findings to our team and clients.
We are looking for someone who has market research experience with some data analytics experience.
What you will bring to the role:
- Proven Market Research Analysis experience
- Use of a wide variety of sources and data bases for gathering of market intelligence.
- Experience of analysing and interpreting large amounts of data and to multi-task.
- Presentation of analysis in a variety of formats including in person and written reports
- Excellent knowledge of statistical packages (SPSS, SAS or similar), databases and MS Office
- Search engines, web analytics and business research tools acumen
- Familiarity with CRM programs
- Knowledge of data collection methods (polls, focus groups, surveys etc)
- Knowledge of marketing
