Job Description
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Digital Trainer to join our national team for a 2 year contract. The salary on offer is circa £60,000 + 10% performance based bonus.
The Digital & Data Systems Trainer role is vital in providing training and coaching for customers and colleagues on technology products and services that delivers a sound understanding of both technical and business-related processes. Through varied delivery methods, the systems trainer provides key support to the end user community throughout the delivery lifecycle and into post-delivery, ensuring competencies and knowledge is in place for successful BAU.
With a focus on adoption of devices, products and services, the Digital trainer will monitor and identify opportunities for improvement system adoption and work with colleagues to increase their knowledge proactively. Encouraging self-service support, the Digital trainer provides up to date material in various formats to be consumed by end users to better their own knowledge, reducing a need for 121 support through the Colleague Services team
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Delivering and facilitate high quality training to all NHSPS colleagues
- Fostering and develop a customer-centric culture within the training team, driving continual improvement through ‘raising the bar’ in the level of service provided to our colleagues
- Coordinating the training in order to deliver a successful training package across key products and services
- Planning and designing training courses, material and self-service collateral and delivering training sessions as required, for major rollouts of Digital initiatives
- Providing routine and ad-hoc feedback to the Digital Workplace team on challenges and opportunities for improvements to training support and adoption
To be successful in the role you must have:
- Significant training experience on various systems and services within the Digital & Data space
- Proven experience delivering effective training sessions across all levels
