Job Description
We have a great opportunity for a Support Services Team Leader – (Mobile) to join our team based in Royal South Hants Hospital - Main Site, Southampton. – This is to cover various sites within the Hampshire portfolio. – Confirmation of sites at interview stage. A vehicle is provided.
This vacancy is to help manage the Soft FM services which include the following disciplines:
- Predominantly manage domestic team, to also include reception services.
- Manage circa 16-18 colleagues.
Key duties and responsibilities of the role is to include but not limited to:
- Supervision of colleagues
- Complete any data submissions or paperwork associated with the role, including but not limited to, timesheets verification, absence records, annual leave information, stock order forms and NHS Property Services communications.
- Rostering of staff
- Recruit, induct & train new colleagues.
- Liaise with your customers, tenants, contractors, and service users.
- Room bookings
- Flexible approach and to manage own diary.
- Administrative duties.
The salary on offer is 24,535.01 per annum. This is a 37.5-hour full time, permanent position. The working pattern will be 7.5 hours a day, Monday to Friday and 1 in 5 weekends. Shifts to be discussed at interview stage.
DBS and Driving Licence required. – Vehicle Provided.

This role will ensure the delivery of FM Support Services within NHS Property Services premises at the prescribed times, in line with policies and procedures through the provision of support to the Support Services Team
To be considered for this role you will have:
- NVQ 3, relevant certification or equivalent experience
- Supervisory experience within Facilities management.
