As a Business Analyst, you’ll work closely with stakeholders across the business to understand their needs, analyse processes, and translate requirements into effective solutions. You’ll play a key role in driving continuous improvement and enabling the successful delivery of technology-led initiatives.

Who you are

You’re an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in Planon and a track record of working in digital or technology-led environments. You’re confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels, able to build trusted relationships and translate complex business needs into clear, actionable solutions. You bring a structured, analytical approach to problem-solving, are comfortable working in Agile ways, and have a proactive, continuous improvement mindset, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse and map business processes to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Gather, document and validate business and technical requirements
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into effective solutions
  • Support the design of systems and processes that are efficient, compliant and fit for purpose
  • Assess the feasibility, risks and impact of proposed changes
  • Use structured business analysis techniques to support delivery (e.g. Agile, user stories, process modelling)
  • Collaborate with technical teams to support development and implementation of solutions
  • Drive continuous improvement across systems, processes and ways of working
  • Can handle routine tasks and social interactions within a work environment. Ability to absorb policy and guidance necessary for the role.

Where you’ll be

This is a hybrid role with travel across our UK based locations, when required.
