We’re looking for a Product Owner MS Apps to lead the vision, strategy, and continuous improvement of our Microsoft 365 and Power Platform products. You’ll work at the heart of our Digital & Data function, shaping product roadmaps, driving system enhancements, and ensuring our technology delivers real value for colleagues, customers, and the wider organisation.
This role blends product ownership, stakeholder leadership, technical understanding, and operational delivery. You’ll partner with architecture, training, operations, and software suppliers to ensure our platforms evolve in line with business needs, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
Who you are
You’re an experienced Product Owner or Product Specialist with strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Power Platform, including hands‑on administration. You’re confident working across the full product lifecycle, translating business needs into clear technical requirements, and guiding teams using Agile and Lean practices. You communicate clearly, influence stakeholders at all levels, and thrive in fast‑moving environments. You’re proactive, analytical, and passionate about improving products, processes, and user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with Digital & Data strategy and organisational goals.
- Translate business needs into clear technical requirements, documentation, and product enhancements.
- Drive system improvements and continuous optimisation, working with stakeholders, suppliers, and architecture teams.
- Own user access, roles, and audit‑compliant governance across Microsoft 365 and Power Platform products.
- Champion Agile and Lean practices, managing product backlogs and supporting delivery teams throughout the lifecycle.
- Act as a Technology SME, coaching Product Analysts, sharing best practice, and supporting capability development.
- Lead product forums, workshops, and solution design sessions, providing architectural direction and risk insight.
- Support implementation, rollout, and adoption, including training collaboration, service delivery oversight, and post‑implementation support.
- Lead, coach, and develop team members, creating a supportive, high‑performing environment where colleagues can grow, deliver great work, and feel empowered to succeed.
Where you’ll be
This is a hybrid role with travel to our Canary Wharf when required.
