Job Description
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Project Resource Manager to join our team based nationally with flexible working. The salary on offer is from £60,000 (depending on experience) £3500 car allowance with eligibility for our annual 10% bonus.
This will be a 12-month FTC.
About the role:
The Project Resource Manager is a key part of the Strategy and Transformation function and reports to the Project Delivery and Transformation Lead. This role focuses on designing and implementing strategies to enhance the skills, competencies, and capabilities of the project delivery community within NHS Property Services (NHSPS). This role ensures that the organisation is equipped to deliver effective and sustainable change, supporting the professional development of individuals within the project delivery community.
What you will bring to the role:
- Collaborating with senior leadership to align workforce planning initiatives with the overall business strategy and leading teams to deliver solutions.
- Collaborating with People team to design career development programs and succession plans to nurture talent and promote internal growth.
- Partnering with the Talent team to conduct skills and competency assessments and developing targeted interventions to address gaps, improve internal career mobility, colleague experience and retention.
- Collaborating with Learning & Development (L&D) to create and deliver tailored training programs, workshops, and resources.
- Designing and implementing strategies to ensure the transformation and change community has the necessary skills and capabilities.
- Monitoring and addressing the organisation's medium to long term skills gaps and their impact on operations.
- Conducting comprehensive change capability needs assessments and developing plans to enhance change management capabilities.
