Job Description

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Strategy Planning and Performance Specialist to join our team based nationally with flexible working.The salary on offer is from £70,000 (depending on experience) £3500 car allowance with eligibility for our annual 10% bonus.

This will be a 12 month FTC.

About the role:

The Strategy Planning and Performance Specialist, reporting to the Strategy Planning and Performance Lead, plays a critical role in shaping and delivering strategic priorities for NHS Property Services (NHSPS). The role includes conducting strategic reviews, supporting business leads, preparing high-quality strategic papers, and building a robust pipeline of initiatives aligned with corporate objectives. Key requirements include strong analytical and communication skills, experience in performance management, and the ability to collaborate with senior leadership.

What you will bring to the role:

  • Developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve business objectives and goals
  • Monitoring and evaluating the performance of the organisation against its strategic objectives.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of strategies across the organisation.
  • Providing regular reports and recommendations to senior management on the progress and effectiveness of strategic initiatives.
  • Conducting research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the market.
  • Providing guidance and support to senior management on strategic decision-making.
