Job Description

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Programme Marketing Lead join our team based nationally with flexible working.The salary on offer is from £55,000with eligibility for our annual 10% bonus.

This is a full time, 12 month Fixed Term Contract.

About the role:

As Programme Marketing Lead, you will lead and implement strategic marketing activity across the organisation in support of core corporate objectives. This role has a strong commercial aspect that will lead on marketing Open Space for both our properties and the wider NHS.

What you will bring to the role:

  • Support key strategic programmes and initiatives such as Healthy Places, NHS Open Space and the Annual Report, along with new programmes e.g. improving engagement with GPs.
  • Lead on the creation of relevant programme materials, case-studies and video.
  • Lead on NHS PS event activity – co-ordinating key shows and working with the wider team to identify flagship events and year-round speaking opportunities.
  • Provide marketing support of business functions (not including Customer and Responsible Business) as required liaising with other business partners.
  • Develop and oversee the annual Open Space (OS) marketing budget and campaign plan (30%), co-ordinating with Marketing Executive and OS team to ensure successful completion of financial targets and goals.
  • Identify new opportunities for Open Space / Open Space for Landlords to meet revenue targets.
  • Seek recognition of NHS PS successes through shortlisting at industry awards.
  • Work with the wider marketing team to build the company’s brand so that people are clear what we stand for and how we do business.
  • Manage and mentor an Open Space Marketing Executive, ensuring that agreed objectives are successfully met.
  • Support the other marketing managers in both understanding and engaging with our customers and the NHS system.
  • Support opportunities for business development and influencing the business growth strategy
  • Support the development of publications, literature and media releases for events, conferences and trade shows.
  • Support the development of NHS Property Services’ suite of corporate collateral and materials to promote our service offer.
